CHILLY PANEER RECIPE

Ingredients: 


200 grams Paneer
1 Chopped Green Capsicum
3 tbsp Oil
4 Curshed Garlic flakes
3 sliced Green chillies
1 Big Onion chopped
3 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp tomato
1 tbsp Chilly sauce
1 tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste

Preparation:
First cut the paneer into small cubes.
In a pan heat the oil and add paneer cubes and fry till it become light brown color and transfer to the bowl and keep aside.
In same pan add onions, green chillies, garlic flakes and sault till the onions beacome light color.
Then add capsicum and sault for few mints and add black pepper, garam masala and salt mix them well.
Next add chilly sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce and Stir for few minutes.
Now add fried paneer cubes and cook for few mints and turn off the stove.
Now chilly paneer is ready to serve.

Cauliflower Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Chopped Cauliflower 2 Chopped Onions 2 Chopped Tomatoes 3 Sliced Green chilli 1/2 tbsp Chilli powder 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp Mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder 1/4 tbsp Garam masala Few Curry leaves Salt to taste 3 tbsp Oil Preparation: Wash the cauliflower and soak in boiled water add with a pinch of turmeric powder for 10 minutes. In a Kadhai heat the oil and then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and onions,green chillies and sault till the onions become light color. Next add tomatos and cook for few mints. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste sault for few minutes. Now add cauliflower and cover with lid and cook for 5mints. Afetr that add ? cup of water and cover with lid and cook till the cauliflower became soft. Add garam masala and curry leaves and cook for two mints and transfer to the bowl. If you required you can garnish with some curry leaves. Serve with roti or rice.

Ingredients:


1 banana
1 orange
100 g mango
slices passion fruit


Preparation:

Cut the mango & banana into pieces & peel the orange.
Blend them and transfer into the glasses.
Finally garnish with passion fruit on top and serve it.

OATS UPMA RECIPE

Ingredients:  
    
1/2 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Rava
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Green chilli
1 Inch piece Ginger chopped
1 Mixed vegetables
(Chopped carrot, beans, peas, cauliflower, potato, capsicum)
3/4 Cup Water
Salt as required

For the seasoning:
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
1Red chilli
Few Curry leaves

Preparation:
In a pan roast the rava till become light golden color and next roast the oats till it became light brown color and transfer to the bowl.
Again heat some oil in the panand add mustard seeds,urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves and sault for few mints.
Next add onions, green chillis, ginger and fry them till it become golden color.
Now add all the vegetables and fry for 5mints and add 3/4 cup water and add some salt and bring to boil on medium flame.
Now add rava slowly stirring continuously and cook till it is half done.
Next add oats and cover with alid and cook till it done.
Oats need less time and less water to get cooked, so you can add it, after rava is half cooked.
Now serve oats upma with sambar or chutney.

RICE FLOUR AND MOONG DAL SWEET RECIPE

Ingrediants:


1/2 Cup Yellow Moong Dal
1 Cup Rice Flour
2 Cups Jaggery
1/2 Cup Ghee
4 Cups Water
For Garnish Some Cashews

Preparation:

First Wash Moong Dal and let it dry in a colander.
Take a kadhai and boil some water and add jaggery and mix well let it sit till ready to use.
Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp ghee slowly add rice flour and roast till it become light brown color and transfer the bowl.
Now again heat 1 tbsp ghee add moong dal and sault till it become golden colorand add water and cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame till the dal is cooked.
Now filter the jaggery syrup and add in cooked daland mix well and cook for 5mints.
Next add rice flour and combine well and add ghee mix troughly.
In a pan grease the oil and add the mixture in this and let it set for 20 mints.
Transfer to the plate and cut into pieces and garnish with cashews.
If you required yoiu can add elachi powder also.

CHANNA MASALA RECIPE





Ingredients:

200 gms kabuli channa
1 large chopped tomato
4 Sliced green chillis
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1? cinnamon stick
2 whole cardamom(Elakulu)
1/4 tbsp turmeric pwd
1/4 tbsp cumin pwd
1/2 tbsp coriander pwd
1 tbsp red chilli pwd
1/2 tbsp tamarind paste
For garnish fresh coriander leaves and chopped onions
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp oil

Preparation:

Take channa and soak in water overnight and pressure cook till soft.Take 4tbsp boiled channa and mash them.
Take a pan and heat the oil, add the cumin seeds,cinnamon stick and cardamom and cinnamon stick and sault for few mints.
Next add green chillis, ginger and fry for few seconds and add red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Now add tomatoes and cook for 5mints till it becomes soft.
After that add cooked channa and a cup of water and cook on medium flame for 10mints.
Next add mashed channa, tamarind paste and mix well and cook till the water is evaporated and swtich off the flame.
Finally garnish with chopped onions and coriander leaves and serve with rotis or pooris.

BREAD UPMA RECIPE FOR KIDS

Ingredients:  4 Bread pieces slice into bite size squares

  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 2 Sliced Green Chilli
  • 3/4 tbsp Sambar powder
  • 1/8 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1 spring Curry Leaves
  • For Garnish Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 3/4 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp urdal dal
  • 1 tbsp Channa dal
  • 1 tbsp oil


Preparation:

  • Take a pan and heat the oil add mustards, urdal dal, channa dal sault for few mints.
  • Next add onions, ginger garlic paste and sault for 5 mints.
  • After that add tomatoes,salt and fry till tomatoes become soft.
  • Next add turmeric powder and sambhar powder and mix well and Sprinkle some water.
  • Now add bread pieces, some curry leaves and mix well.
  • Add ghee and cook on low flame for 5 mints and switch off the stove.
  • Finally garnish with coriander leave & spring curry leaves and serve it.
